This event will be held as part of a series of similar events at other major California universities. UC Davis has the third largest enrollment of the University of California campuses. With an undergraduate enrollment of more than 25,000 students, UC Davis conferred 6,511 bachelor's degrees among more than 100 majors during the 2010-11 academic year.
UC Davis has a history of placing undergraduate students in the finest graduate institutions in the country and the world. Graduate programs are consistently impressed with the quality of the UC Davis curriculum as well as the adept, motivated UC Davis student. Typically, over 1,000 students and representatives from approximately 125 programs/institutions participate in the annual fair. We welcome your participation this year.
GSID REGISTRATION
If you have attended GSID previously, an invitation letter and registration form has been sent to the address we have on file. If you are a new participant, or wish to receive the registration information more quickly, you may print out both pdf files below. Registrations are confirmed in the order they are received.
REGISTRATION FEES
College/University: $275 Please make your check payable to UC Regents.
Test Preparation Companies: $375 Please make your check payable to UC Regents.
UC Campuses: $275 Please provide Full Accounting Unit (see details below)
* Due: Friday, October 5, 2012
* No refunds are available after this deadline
NOTE: Programs May Not Appear in GSID Student Materials or Recruiter Table Map
if Payment Not Received by Thursday, October 11th
* If payment is not received prior to the event, bring your institution's registration fee payment with you. A receipt will be provided.
* All fees must be resolved by the day of the event. Fees cover both catered breakfast and lunch for each registered representative.
*Sorry, no credit cards accepted.

2. Write DaFIS account number on line provided for Full Accounting Unit.
3. Intercampus mail form to Elizabeth Ramos, Student Academic Success Center

2. Refer here for each campus' accounting requirements, and write Full Accounting Unit on the line provided.

* Each program will have about 5 feet of table space (three programs to share two 8-foot tables together).
* Please do not rely on having electrical outlets available to your table at the fair.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAILING MATERIALS
If you wish to send ( FED EX, UPS, USPS ) materials to the campus ahead of your visit (any time in October but by October 16th, please), please make sure a return address label with your program and institution's name is on the package and send to:
